Sales & Marketing Coordinators (BAPCO) BAPCO Bahrain Male The Bahrain Petroleum Company (BAPCO), wholly owned by the Government of Bahrain, is engaged in the oil industry including exploration and prospecting for oil, drilling, production, refining, distribution of petroleum products and natural gas, sales and exports of crude oil and refined products. The company owns and operates a 267,000 barrels-a-day refinery, storage facilities for more than 14 million barrels, a marketing terminal and a marine terminal for its petroleum products. Qualifications: Holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Studies from a recognized university, preferably with additional MBA in Marketing & Sales Minimum of 10 years gained working for a major international oil company with knowledge in the automotive and industrial lubricant markets. Must have excellent knowledge and extensive experience in all sales and marketing aspects of the lubricant business. Task Description: To manage the sales team and marketing activities, reporting to the Senior Coordinator Lubricants. Responsible to: prepare and implement marketing plans; define individual sales responsibilities, territories and targets; prepare monthly sales and financial reports; direct Distributor Supervisor on export sales; direct the Local sales team and review progress and targets; plan sales promotion activities, etc. Coordinate with Logistics Supervisor to ensure optimum inventory levels and product mix matching sales plans and market needs. Coordinate with Supply Chain Coordinator on product supply and product costs and to receive reports concerning customer queries. Support the order handling team and sales reporting software. Manage the training needs of sales staff to ensure adequate skills in all required areas. In return, the rewards are excellent for a two-year renewable contract (married or single status).
