Maintenance Repair Supervisors (Bus Company) A Bus Company in Guam United States Male Qualifications: University Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Prior experience as a Maintenance and Repair Supervisor in a land transportation company is preferred Self motivated and must know how to handle people Hard working and well efficient in the field Good English communication skills Task Description: Candidate will oversee the existing staff of 2 mechanics and 2 mechanics helpers. Will also need to be a hands-on supervisor and perform repair and maintenance duties along with the staff that he supervises. A competitive salary and benefit package awaits the successful candidate. The employer will sponsor a temporary work visa (H-1b), which allows family members to join the candidate in Guam. The employer will be in Manila and will conduct interviews starting July 23.
